The Ethiopian Catholic Secretariat (ECS) is a non-profit making organization, which execute the mandate given to it by the Catholic Bishops Conference in the fields of pastoral, social work, human development, welfare and to respond to the National call for aid, in case of disasters. It is the executive arm of the Ethiopian Catholic Bishops Conference.
