Save the Children Denmark (SCD) is a member of the International Save the Children Alliance, which is involved in child focused humanitarian and development operations in many countries around the world. It started its operation in Ethiopia in 1996 and established the Ethiopia full fledged program in 2000. In Ethiopia, it operates in partnership with over 11 local partners and government collaborators in Addis Ababa, Amhara, Oromia and SNNPRS.
